You have to start with pricing. Pagely is not for those on a budget. Prices start at $500 a month. Compared to WP Engine, that’s expensive but expensively is relative. Where that starts to become important is on larger sites or sites with a lot of media. Using Amazon means you house of their CDN which has a massive effect on page speed when your page has lots of imagery and videos.
Reliability is equally impressive. 99.95% is all but 100% uptime, it will be offline so rarely, you’ll barely notice it. It’s difficult to get too excited because a lot of hosts offer top level reliability but you still need to tick the box and Pagely does that.
With Customer Service, because it’s a managed WordPress host service, your expectations should be high, but they are in top 5 hosting providers I have ever reviewed. They are easy to contact, have a lot of instant access information with their knowledge base and 4 out of 5 problems are resolved inside 2 hours.
They are one of the more expensive managed hosts I’ll compare. Are they X5 better than WP Engine or FlyWheel? (because they are comparatively X5 more expensive) that’s difficult for me to say. If you have a large website. A lot of traffic. It’s important website and security is essential such as a school or business where personal data is shared, I can start to make an argument for them.
